如何在phpwind论坛里使用上instantcdn

以前看到过它投放的广告，但一直都未尝试，上次又看到hostloc上的帖子
有提及便申请了试用。

注册时尽量使用真实资料，电话号码也有必要，因为注册后需输入验证
码，我填入的是GV号但没开Gtalk，于是没接到电话，填入错误后，订单被
标记为欺诈fraud，但在数天后邮箱中收到了instantcdn的开通信。

注册后按照说明一步步设置即可.
如我的cdn host name就是cdn.cmstest.tk
origin是cmstest.tk
添加完cdn site后可以根据站点类型生成rewrite规则添加到.htaccess中，
现在已有针对discuz和wordpress等的配置说明，phpwind我选择的是普通站点
配置，发现没什么区别。
另外还需要创建swf的跨域文件domaincross.xml。
将域名Cname(Alias)指向instantcdn
提供的多级子域上。
如我就将cdn.cmstest.tk指向了230013649.r.cdn.myinstantcdn.com

经过如此设置后，站点有CSS丢失等问题，与客服JY联系后他在

找到段代码：<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^(.*)-htm-(.*)$ $1.php?$2
</IfModule>加入到.htaccess后，站点工作正常。

CmsTest.tk使用的是host1plus德国
虚拟主机，
使用cdn后感觉速度有微幅提升。
