一篇关于5月份倒闭VPS经销商的文章，几乎有一半是国人的评论，而且还是几位名人。不多说了，看下面，不过也道出了国内站长的辛酸：

Yeah what’s wrong with Chinese? That said, out of all the websites that scrap/steal LowEndBox content, 80% of them are run by Chinese (including some who actually bothered to comment on this site). I ran a community website (Alexa ~10,000) and again, 75%-80% of spammers are from Chinese IP or Chinese on US-proxy.
You get to wonder why cheap VPS and LowEndBox is so much discussed on Chinese web hosting sites such as hostloc.wiki.

@lsylsy2 — yup I am not talking about lebcn. I know some actually asked for permission on translation and I am happy if people are adding values. However there are some who simply just rip off the RSS feed.
@so — nope, I am just voicing out my observation on running LowEndBox and my other websites. I know there are 1.3 billion people in China and even a tiny percentage of people doing naughty things on the Internet would make Chinese look bad. However again, it’s just my observation.

an VPS with hardware similar to Buyvm $15/year will cost about $50 a year and with shared ip
ips cost about $5~$8/one/month
also,when you open a site in China,you will find things at bottom like:
京ICP证090254号 京公网安备110000000009号
the Example come from a SNS site(Facebook-like)
it means you need to register at the gov and police(with troublesome things such as taking photos like a prisoner)
