甲骨文突然没ip了

刚刚确实用不了，感觉像是断流了一样，我的IP没掉。我账户是升级账户，看样子都有这个问题

如果v4和v6都有的话，是没问题的；因为只丢v4，V6正常！

Our engineers are currently deploying a mitigation to ensure there are sufficient public IP addresses available within the region.

Customer Impact: Customers may experience intermittent failures when performing service management operations that require public facing IP addresses, such as launching new instances, creating load balancers or API gateways, or creating OKE node pools and clusters. The issue is limited to the US East (Ashburn) region, and existing resources or other types of IP addresses are not impacted by this issue.

Always Free and Free Tier resources requiring a public IP address cannot be created at this time.
