(已解决)dedipath带宽不足100Mbps客服的话我不明白

刚刚买的dedipath kvm 10刀年付的机器，标的是1Gbps ,但是我用yabs脚本测速时带宽不到100M，我提交了工单，客户给我的话我看不明白，有没有懂英文的Mjj忙我翻译一下：
You are using a shared server bandwidth limitations will occur. But, after running a ping.pe scan i noticed you are dropping connection within the US which can be fixed via an IP swap.

问题是我IP没有被q啊，干嘛要换IP，这样不是浪费钱

问问商家是免费换吗  是免费 就让他换，
你不换 美国境内链接也差，这就没法用吧。。。
