Thank you for your patience.
We need the mentioned verification data, to make sure that the company stored in our data for your customer account is actually our customer. We have reasonable suspicion that this is not the case. In case you cannot provide the requested verification data, we have to assume that the account does not actually belong to the company. As you have requested a cancellation / refund of your products with us, we will proceed as following:
We have cancelled your products. You have received a seperate cancellation confirmation via email, including the termination date for each product.
We will again give you access to each server for 24 hours, so that you can backup your data. Your server(s) has / have been activated for this now for 24 hours, after which it / they will be suspended again.
On the mentioned date all the products will be deleted and all associated data will be removed. Afterwards, there is no way for us to restore this data anymore.
A refund for the current month of operation will not be issued. In case you already paid for more than one month in advance, you will get a credit note for the unused months after the cancellation was processed, which can then be paid out.
Please note that we also offer VAT exemption for private Chinese customers, so there is no need to provide a company in case you need VAT exemption. If you wish to do so, you can become a private customer with us, but this will require you to create a new customer account by ordering a new product without inputting a company during the order process. Please provide valid information about yourself, as otherwise it is possible that we will have to decline your order or suspend your new account once more.
