LAX10 Data Center Power outage updates

As previously shared, our Los Angeles LAX10 colocation suite (“Colo 4”) at 2260 W El Segundo Blvd was affected by an event due to causes beyond our reasonable control on Sunday, May 21, 2023, rendering Colo 4 inoperative. An updated status report is below:
Bare Metal Server: Our data center operations and network teams continue to progress with data access efforts for bare metal server environments. As we determine that bare metal servers are recoverable, affected customers will be notified as these recoverable servers are restored at a new location and we strongly recommend that customers retrieve and maintain regular backups of your data as we migrate restored servers to a permanent environment.
Cloud: While cloud customers with offsite disaster recovery services have been restored at a remote facility, we continue our data recovery assessment for all affected local cloud storage and backup systems in Colo 4. Our drive manufacturers have informed us that they have completed an assessment of the affected drives and are continuing data recovery efforts. We will provide additional updates as we receive further information.
Colocation: Colocation customers have been provided the infrastructure necessary to migrate their environments.
