正常，国外商家也这样的。vultr的机器，我可能连过去的时候开着BT啥的，被版权投诉了。发过来的邮件没注意看，后来直接把账号里所有机器给停了

版权投诉这块，国人商家基本不会罚款，罚款也是上游要求罚款的。

海外商家很多也是不罚款的，但是有些确实会。

警告不仅国内还是国外都免不了，大部分都会给几次机会再封号。

你这个摸不太清，如果真的是商家自己罚的话那就有点神奇了。。

CF只是不会因为投诉你就暂停服务。

他们会直接转给主机商，主机商负责处理。。

不知道你买的这家拿到的侵权是转了几手了。。
