colocrossing cancel之后怎么重新做配置呀？

想更换ip，但是不知道怎么操作。于是点了cancel，想着先取消然后能重新构建。
现在鸡取消状态，但是没地方做配置了。。。

收到的邮件是这样的

Domain: 隐藏一下
