坛子里的各位高手达人！
鄙人在此寻求大家帮助！事情是这样的，我大概半年没去官godaddy 的域名了 期间电脑重装了 忘了备份用户名密码以及客户号了
今天心血来潮想帮朋友做个小站玩玩，今天才想起 忘记了用户名和密码更不用说那个难记的客户号了！
我尝试了和godaddy那边发邮件 好 几封 得到的答案是以下的邮件内容：
Dear xxxxxxx,
Thank you for contacting us. To further process this change, we require a color copy, scan, or digital picture of the information be sent to change@secureserver.net.
1. A Certified English translated copy of business ID for the company listed as the registrant/account holder.
(Please send one of the following)
Ø A copy of a government issued business license, which is issued from a local, county, state, or federal agency.
Ø Tax certificate (number alone is not acceptable)
Ø Doing Business As documentation
Ø Fictitious Name documentation
Ø IRS 501(C)3 “Determination Letter” You may request a copy of this letter by contacting the IRS at 1-800-829-4933.
Ø State issued certificate of tax exemption showing charitable status
**Note: We cannot accept copies of articles of incorporation/organization, applications, documents printed from the internet, or tax returns as business ID.
2. A change request form signed by the requestor. We will not accept electronically signed change request forms.
3. A readable Certified English translated government issued photo id. We must be able to clearly identify the pictured person, name, signature, and expiration date on your government-issued ID.
At that time we will either inform you of what is needed to process your request, or we will let you know that your request has been completed.

请大家 帮帮忙 一定要这些东西吗？我哪里去搞这些呀 我最多只有身份证和信用卡 上面的太复杂了吧
对了 其实是我的 139邮箱收不到客户号和用户名密码造成这样的情况的 。。。
我该如何是好？？ 就算能更换原始的139邮箱也好呀 据说是移动屏蔽了 97.94.x.x 这16 段ip

那还真不好弄了。你域名注册人信息的邮箱是不是你 登陆的邮箱。用户名真不好找
没人理。。自己再顶。。。
