This is a follow up message to let you know that your prorated refund request is being processed and calculated by our billing team. We are actively sifting through requests everyday and we thank you for your patience, as every case is being dealt with and calculated manually on an individual basis.
# If your payment was made to us over 60 days ago:
In order to help make our refund process go through more smoothly and quickly, please respond to this ticket with your PayPal email address for the prorated refund to be issued to. If you have already provided this to us, please reply to this ticket with your PayPal email again. To ensure a streamlined process, please do not state anything else in your reply, but your PayPal email in one line. This is so we can streamline our refund process and get your prorated refund out to you ASAP.
# If your payment was made to us less than 60 days ago:
If you submitted your payment less than 60 days ago, just reply to this ticket stating "Please refund original transaction, payment was made less than 60 days ago"
In this case, we can simply refund the original transaction. However, due to PayPal limitations, we are unable to refund transactions older than 60 days, so payments over 60 days ago have to be manually sent out by our billing manager.
We will await your reply. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter as we continue to sift through thousands of prorated refund requests and get these processed in a swift manner.
