Firstly, we'd like to thank all of our customers, new or old for remaining patient during this busy time. In the past few days, Enoctus has tripled in size. We've had to increase our team size and scale up our whole business operation.
The Hong Kong Operation. 香港的運作.
Our operation to activate all orders in the Hong Kong location is still in progress. We have received thousands of orders in total and we are working with our datacentres and IP provisioning companies to get everything running smoothly as soon as possible.
We would like to remind customers that have ordered in this location or plan to order that there is currently a 7-day turn around time on all servers. We'd also like to remind customers to refrain from opening support requests in regards to this setup time. Opening unnecessary support requests clogs the system and essentially slows down the whole operation.
If you have ordered already and still awaiting setup, please note that we will be issuing all customers 10% compensation your service billing cycle will not begin until the service is activated. You no longer need to open a support ticket to be eligible for the compensation or billing cycle extension.
Discontinued LowEndBox Offers.
We have discontinued all of our LowEndBox offers at current to new customers - this won't affect customers who've already used the deal. This decision wasn't made lightly as we value the custom LEB brings to Enoctus, but as we are moving forward and planning to open new locations in various parts of the world, we need to make changes to our offers.

Our first year has been a great success, we have seen the launch of three locations, London, New York and Los Angeles. As we move into our second year, we launched the Hong Kong location which was a great success. But it doesn't stop there, we're already planning locations in Singapore, Australia, and Russia in the near future. And whats even better, we will always keep our pricing low and affordable with a range of discounts on offer.
The company has already grown rapidly in 2018 and things are looking positive. But don't worry, we've always promised to put our customers first, and we love to hear from you about what you'd like to see happen next. Keep the ideas coming, we like them. |
