境內查節點 ip 的網頁

想請問一下,我想查境內各省連到某個位址(port 80)能否連通,或回應時間長短.

有什麼網頁工具可以提供這樣的功能?

输入你要访问的地址
然后它会连看能不能连上和连上的延迟
