The remainder of the billing cycle has been credited back to the PayPal account that paid for your service. As this is your first offense, we will not place a ban on your account. However, any future orders and payments MUST be made through a PayPal account that is in your name. Any further payment discrepancies will result in immediate account termination with no refund, and a permanent ban from our services here.

From our Terms of Service: 4,4,2,2) All payments from PayPal accounts must be under the same name as the registered client. We will not accept payments from an account the client is not named on.

好像是说 paypal的用户名和注册的不一致。。。郁闷啊怎么办啊里面数据好像都没了。。

你违反了TOS；
原因是你购买使用的注册账户名字和PP账户名字不同，这个VPS是没指望了，但你修改一致之后，还是可以买他们的吧
