国外有没有那种既可以隐藏whois 还送邮箱的域名服务商呢

送域名邮箱的没有，邮件转发的有，google domain，namesilo，namecheap等都有免费whois保护

gandi送域名邮箱，但是价格比较贵。

域名邮箱基本都不会送，毕竟价格不低。。。一般都会送邮件转发。
