昨天付款了, 买了ks4

今天收到邮件:

We have received your payment related to the order number 39794539 received by paypal and we would like to thank you for choosing OVH services.

For your security, we would like to check the information that you have provided especially the identity of the billing contact.

Therefore, we would be grateful if you could send us the following documents as soon as possible in order to validate your order:

For an individual account:
- a proof of address such as bank statement, utility bill dated in the last 3 months  showing the company name
- a copy of ID (passport, driving licence, birth certificate)

我遇到过，然后说是没法验证来自中国的资料，退款。

然后全球付30天过去了钱都不见了

平时都没有什么账单,  信用卡也是电子账单.     没东西给啊.
